家姐升咗職,話要請吃高質和牛燒肉,仲話冇budget limit, 咁一定要揀黃埔YAKINIKU KAKURA啦。YAKINIKU晚市提供燒肉Omakase Set,398一人好豐富。不過已經幫襯過好多次午市套餐,哩個Omakase Set同午市套餐分別唔大,今次當然揀其他嘢食啦。泡菜大根做開胃前菜,蘿蔔食落好脆口,唔會覺得好辣,作為前菜唔錯。KAKURA沙律都幾大一份,配料都幾豐富,有吞拿魚碎,泡菜同沙律。沙律菜好fresh,同酸酸啲日式沙律醬好match!嘢飲揀咗巨峰提子乳酸燒灼蘇打同白桃乳酸蘇打,食得燒肉一定會揀蘇打啦,巨峰提子乳酸燒灼蘇打有少少燒灼味道,兩杯嘢飲都好重果味,唔會覺得好甜,啱晒燒肉。日式牛腸係香港好少見,牛腸清洗得好乾淨,肥膏唔算多,燒完已經冇咗大半, 食落好香口,送酒一流!蔥鹽味牛舌,牛舌好厚身,唔似出邊牛舌薄薄地,食落好彈牙好juice,配埋蔥絲同檸檬汁,夠曬chill。黑毛和牛上嫩肩裡肉睇落已經好高質,雪花分佈均勻,微微炙燒已經好足夠,入口即化同埋好重牛味,5片完全唔夠喉!黑毛和牛上肋骨中肉哩個真係不得了,成隻巴掌更長,差唔多有一寸厚。和牛已經預先用醬料醃

主食揀咗辣冷面,店鋪好貼心啲仲可以揀小份。就算係小份,配料都好豐富,有青瓜絲,泡菜同埋半個溏心蛋,夏天最啱食哩個冷面,酸酸甜甜好清爽。
