聖誕將至,約咗朋友中午去黃埔食飯兼買聖誕禮物,經過黃埔天地聚寶坊,YAKINIKU KAKURA 剛剛開門,決定喺到食個午餐,店內已作聖誕佈置增添氣氛,我們選咗兩個燒肉餐再追加一點食物。黑毛和牛大判燒係必食,牛肉肥瘦比例啱啱好,油脂分布均勻,牛肉味同油香係恰到好處,而且非常嫩滑,隨餐奉上溫泉蛋混牛肉食更嫩滑。牛板腱肉都好軟,就係脂肪較少。海鮮盛盒有兩隻大蝦、6片魷魚、4粒帶子好豐富,大蝦爽口鮮甜。魷魚好大塊,同樣有彈性,燒到微微焦啲海鮮味突出,牛油帶子都算大粒,用錫紙盆加牛油燒最好不過。和牛腹柳小排,比較厚切脂肪比較唔錯,有牛味有口感。黑毛豚無骨小排,油脂好豐富,一燒已經增加火勢,直接接觸到火焰,燒得更香仲有焦脆風味。燒肉餐另跟米飯、沙律、海帶湯、小食同飲品,餐後仲有甜品送,係杏仁豆腐同雪糕泡芙,應有盡有,朋友都食得好滿意。

我和好友點左個 大判燒(黑毛和牛西冷) $178,Omakase Course每位 $398(二人起): Omakase 沙律,泡菜三點盛,鹽味盛:鹽味上牛舌,葱鹽味若雞,海老(2尾);燒肉汁盛:特上牛胸腹肉,黑毛和牛精選2款,野菜,牛板腱肉;石燒雞肉泡菜鍋飯,海澡湯,甜品。另外點左份生菜 $28。

整體黎講係材料新鮮,店長代燒5成熟的黑毛和牛西冷十分好味,牛味香濃;用生菜夾著燒肉來食,好滋味!
