To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 接待處幾位阿姐黑口黑面，無禮貌態度差，有幾個客係門口已經同佢哋嘈咗幾句，好心培訓吓，坐低等咗一個鐘先上雞煲 ，9:30開始食11點關燈 ，即係只係食咗個半鐘，食牛涮鍋90分鐘仲好過佢，好彩叫咗五六碟火鍋料唔太多唔係一定食唔切，想叫多幾碟都放棄咗，即係倒自己米賺少咗。醬料區仲搞笑，好似影緊麥兜劇場，要蒜蓉冇蒜蓉，要辣椒冇辣椒，最緊要嘅醬油碟都冇，見到幾個客一路行一路鬧，結果要自己打開個櫃先攞到醬油碟。一句講晒，免費都唔會再幫襯。
