To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本来想着在冬至佳日去稻香也是一个很不错的选择。一路上菜慢也就算了.可当我们吃完饭单也结了,突然之间他们把送上最后一道菜送上来了。立即找了服务员,服务员推到部长,部长又推了个经理过来。经理过来,更让人气愤,态度极其恶劣,一会说假日人多,要求我们体谅,一会又说人手不够,最让人气愤是我们不应该提早买单,要等他的菜出来,还说送两个橘子给我们套餐,套餐里面是没有的,好像很大的恩赐一样🤬😡为什么老牌的餐饮连鎖的经理连个最基本的道歉也没有一句呢,管理差到这么可怜吗😱😤😡

晚上$9.9 羊腩煲份量都可以,2個等食岩岩好有羊腩 馬蹄 腐竹 魚腐 冬菇 京蔥薑味都幾香味道唔會太咸👍🏻👍🏻係好抵食既特選飲品有優惠啤酒都幾抵飲不過好冷清,得10枱左右服務質素有待改善,加上得1個樓面,人手不足枱面同餐具都唔太乾淨,有污漬🤐🤐加埋茶位,都可以接受

叫咗蒸頭腩全部比哂魚鰭,一D肉都冇,叫侍應,佢同我講係咁㗎啦, 頭腩吖嘛,咪有鰭囉,嘩,唔怪得D人上哂大陸啦。另外,問侍應比D蠔油,竟然話冇,一間中式酒樓冇蠔油,其實用咩嘢煮餸呢?

今午在一間茶居品嚐了午餐中的「躉腩籠仔蒸陳村粉」,這道料理真是令人回味無窮。魚腩和魚鰭的份量足足有八両,還有這條肉絲,絕對不吝嗇於食材。躉腩的膠質豐富,入口即化,散發出誘人的魚香,再搭配上蔥花的點綴,令人垂涎欲滴。更令人驚喜的是,荷葉在蒸籠墊底,為放在籠仔中層的陳村粉注入了獨特的香味,讓陳村粉上下吸收了兩種風味,呈現出豐富的層次感。這道「陳村粉」絕對值得推薦給喜歡品嚐蒸魚美食的朋友們一試。無論口感還是風味,都是絕佳的享受。注意:等候時間比較耐,足足呆了33分鐘;記得吩咐傳菜員姐姐不要加豉油,會影響整道美食的口感。

是但入左一間茶樓,冇睇到後面果間係咪都係茶樓,其實呢間地方睇落幾大,好可惜,人手不足,同埋唔係幾中意佢設計,要自己禁煲水,咁我諗同外賣係屋企食好似冇分別App落單是好的,方便少少🤏但食物質素都一般,叫左5碟,大約$170/兩位種類好少未必再去呢間
