To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛剛開完會, 記得之前聽同事講依間咖啡小店的Tap Coffee好有驚喜, 叫我經過一定要試吓~行到過去, 舖頭細細, 但五臟俱全, 已經有幾個人落緊單, 雖然已經諗好飲咩, 但都望下menu, 選擇都幾多.落單時, 老闆問我試唔試下Tap Coffee加青瓜味, 既然老闆推介~就試下啦~第一眼見到依杯咖啡, 十足十黑啤咁, 啲泡好厚, 飲完一大口, 爽呀!! 夠晒凍, 有咖啡味, 又有淡淡的青瓜味, 真係好有驚喜, 同事果然冇介紹錯~第一個畫面係俾個發光招牌吸引到, 諗起如果係晚上依度會似足酒吧, 又有客係出面抽煙, 再拎住依杯Tap Coffee更加似
