話晒今日都係帶母親黎事隔已久嘅港島一日遊,晚餐又點可以馬虎。今日就嚟咗上環嘅呢一間「鏘鐵板燒日式料理」,設計充滿現代感,行日式黑暗風。店員安排咗我哋坐喺吧枱,可以直擊住師傅整嘅每一樣菜式,師傅亦都好好,好詳細咁樣介紹每一道菜嘅烹調特色同埋食用方法,仲會好有耐性咁解答我母親奇怪嘅問題🤣。我哋今次選擇咗澳洲鮑魚二人前套餐。前菜係用青瓜包住咗蟹肉,面頭用三文魚作配襯嘅卷物,擺盤超靚,而且味道好精緻。而主菜方面,就係來自南非嘅鮑魚,佢嘅size超級巨型,差唔多好似我手掌咁大。師傅用咗三種不同嘅方法嚟設計鮑魚嘅菜式,分別係切薄片加鮑魚肝同忌廉、XO醬炒鮑魚頭同尾兩個部份同青檸汁鮑魚裙邊三個煮法,每一個食法感覺都能夠帶出鮑魚唔同部位特別嘅口感,讚啊🩵金鯛立鱗燒你味菜係用咗鯛魚加魚湯同海膽混合而成,師傅特意喺鐵板章魚皮整脆,加上魚肉嘅嫩滑,口感好有層次。而且配上清新嘅竹筍,感覺唔會過油,但係又好濃郁。季節海鮮蟶子聖子果然係當季新鮮嘅海鮮,一入口已經俾佢嗰一陣清新爽脆嘅口感吸引咗,而且師傅採用咗炒嘅方式嚟烹調,將聖子嘅汁鎖住咗喺裏面🩵清酒煮蜆佢嘅蜆肉非常新鮮,師傅仲同我哋介紹點樣先為之新鮮嘅蜆肉,配上

金鯛立鱗燒
你味菜係用咗鯛魚加魚湯同海膽混合而成,師傅特意喺鐵板章魚皮整脆,加上魚肉嘅嫩滑,口感好有層次。而且配上清新嘅竹筍,感覺唔會過油,但係又好濃郁。

季節海鮮蟶子
聖子果然係當季新鮮嘅海鮮,一入口已經俾佢嗰一陣清新爽脆嘅口感吸引咗,而且師傅採用咗炒嘅方式嚟烹調,將聖子嘅汁鎖住咗喺裏面🩵

清酒煮蜆
佢嘅蜆肉非常新鮮,師傅仲同我哋介紹點樣先為之新鮮嘅蜆肉,配上清酒嘅味道,更加將蜆肉嘅鮮甜更上一層樓。而且因為喺鐵板上面烹調,師傅仲特意整咗一個錫紙碗,好特別☺️

和牛西冷厚切/薄燒
喺肉方面,係可以喺套餐度選擇,今日我哋就食厚切牛肉,配上啱啱新鮮烹調好嘅炸蒜,口感一流。而薄燒方面,師傅就加入咗蔥同炸蒜喺肉片入邊,所以口感非常特別。

除咗主菜之外,套餐仲包埋炒飯,師傅係用咗黃牛嘅油,加上雞蛋蔥等烹調而成,配埋龍蝦麵豉湯同植物,感覺好圓滿☺️🫰🏻。最後當然唔少得甜品,師傅就整咗一個焦糖多士,配埋益力多刨冰,飽到傻咗🤣。
