同一個喺上環做嘢嘅朋友又嚟到 Acquasala！上次我哋試完呢度嘅 Tea Set，已經決定要嚟多次食佢哋嘅晚餐，結果出乎意料地有驚喜 😍 🍝 Truffle Tagliolini 松露意大利幼麵 ($268) 呢個 Main 係廚師推介之一，意粉係新鮮手工製，麵條軟硬度適中。#黑松露會即叫即刨喺熱辣辣嘅麵上，加埋忌廉汁，非常香松露味又好味！🍚 Roast Beef Japanese Rice 日式燒牛肉蓋飯 ($198) 聽講好多中環人都推介呢個牛肉飯，佢嘅牛肉份量好多，絕對唔係「算多」咁簡單！每片牛肉都粉嫩半熟，用細火燒過嘅肉質軟嫩，加上自家製嘅醬汁，更突出肉嘅鮮味，撈埋醃蛋黃同日式珍珠飯，飽肚又好味！最後，我哋仲叫咗兩杯 House White 同一杯 Gin Tonic，喺 2-3 個鐘頭入面慢慢食、慢慢飲，可以好 Chill 好好咁傾吓計 🍷🍸
