之前巳經寫過一篇,覺得安格斯好食過吉烈牛。食過咁多次想,試吓新野本身想食牛肉鍋點知無晒,試下黑松露啦,超好食!我覺得比安格斯同一般吉列牛好食!好脆口,好香口,成塊牛比黑松露包住但都唔膩當初覺得吉列牛一般係因為佢燒完個皮仲係淋,無咩口感。後來再試多次吉列牛同埋黑松露吉列牛,又好食番😂,我諗可能個次失手...兩者吉列,只係黑松露味覺再豐富啲。
