To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食咗好幾次常餐都維持超高質，今日要試下自制漢堡，之前睇reviews見倒其他人食已覺吸引，原來time to time 會轉款個喎，之前係雙堡炸蝦，依家單堡滑蛋。一黎已俾個賣相嚇親，我真係響茶記？一食，哇痴線架真係好好食。漢堡扒係無乜落粉，好重肉感但又唔漏，滑蛋好滑又唔會太漏，個意粉係靚cafe果種芝士汁呀，啲西蘭花無水氣，痴線架，呢間真係茶記？食晒已經好飽好飽，檸茶都飲唔晒，如果雙堡真係要兩個人食。除咗吉田舍料理，香港都無試過第度係漢堡扒嘅set係好食(唔計漢堡包)，竟然會響茶記有好味漢堡扒，真係改觀。
