好耐無去太古城行街街,shopping 完就緊係搵食啦,見到呢間韓式餐廳其實BANCHAN & COOK已在港開業多時, 但我還未有機會試今日行到有D攰又就腳, 見唔使等位 (還未到晚飯時間) BANCHAN 原來係"韓式小碟拌菜"的意思, 是韓文"반찬"的發音呢間餐廳的用餐位置唔似平時困住起一間店內反而咁樣會覺得無咁焗促, 但就有少少高級版嘅Food court feel呢度以自助形式, 用具全部都係即棄餐具先點餐, 自由搵位, 然後自取餐飲, 有時咁樣都唔錯, 唔使下下比店員望住同趕你走咁為咗唔想動腦筋, 所以我地直接叫咗Tasty Treat Combo Set可選2個main + 1 share + 1 甜品 + 2 飲品 $560, 都好多野食我地揀咗一飯一意粉,兩款都好耐無食過肉醬牛胸肉蛋包飯 蛋包飯切開係滑嘟嘟嘅嫩蛋,未切嘅時候都好動L架牛胸肉大片份量又多,本身以為會好乾,但又唔係。飯底是炒飯底👍🏻仲碗埋肉醬,都未試過咁嘅組合,因為蛋較為淡味,所以混埋肉醬就啱啱好旁邊仲配埋沙律菜,份量十足!墨汁大蝦魚籽意粉呢度啲份量其實都幾多,墨魚汁意粉都好耐冇吃,雖然食到個嘴黑蚊蚊,但

蛋包飯切開係滑嘟嘟嘅嫩蛋,
未切嘅時候都好動L架
牛胸肉大片份量又多,本身以為會好乾,但又唔係。飯底是炒飯底👍🏻仲碗埋肉醬,都未試過咁嘅組合,因為蛋較為淡味,所以混埋肉醬就啱啱好

墨汁大蝦魚籽意粉
呢度啲份量其實都幾多,
墨魚汁意粉都好耐冇吃,雖然食到個嘴黑蚊蚊,但係好味就唔介意
覺得個汁好似加咗某些東西,芝士?!定cream?!🤔所以杰身粉少,好埋有咸香味
蝦仁大隻又彈牙,意粉又唔會over-cooked

我沒想過黑毛豬肉是厚切的
看到一層一層,層次分明的肉
豬皮部份有點煙靭得來有彈性,唔會覺得肥膩
旁邊仲有大量泡菜、蒜片和紫蘇葉及生菜片

原來用"泥剷"畢開,入面有幾個層次
有OREO碎, 朱古力慕絲同埋好似牛奶布甸, 
全部加埋都唔會好甜, 控制得幾好, 好啱健康嘅香港人口味

而套餐也包兩杯自選飲品, 我地叫咗都係新出飲品
左:溶化朱古力
右:白桃甜蜜梳打
兩杯都唔會好甜, 朱古力果杯個味都好出添
白桃清新, 甜度又低, 好啱我

雖然呢度全程都是自助形式同埋有少少FOOD COURT感覺
但有部份嘅檯設計都好有心思, 入面係滿佈flower, 可以打埋卡
