To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本人非常鐘意黑糖產品,所以香港宜家盛行嘅黑糖珍珠飲品一定唔放過。我覺得黑糖配鮮奶係絕對無敵,但唔係間間都整得好飲,一係奶味唔夠香或者黑糖唔夠濃又或者珍珠太粉太散。鹿角巷我覺得算係香港黑糖珍珠鮮奶嘅始祖,早兩年已開,個黑糖同鮮奶比例好夾,啲珍珠大粒有咬口得黎唔會太硬,飲落肚啖啖都好好味!黑糖系列始終都係配鮮奶好。試過配抺茶但個效果有啲失色,感覺浪費咗。其他有配芋泥,其實幾香幾好味但會超飽唔洗食飯都得🙈所以都係黑糖珍珠鮮奶最穩陣最好味!
