To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮流興飲乜茶乜茶、飲奶蓋、飲黑糖乜乜奶,所以台式飲品店成行成市。昨天也嘗試了好多人都話好飲嘅鹿角巷嘅黑糖鹿丸鮮奶。位於尖沙咀呢間分店舖面好細間,而且鋪前行人路窄,排隊都冇乜位,鋪和人龍中間人來人往人,有啲煩,如果遇着落雨天,就煩上加煩。黑糖鹿丸鮮奶($30)Size比其他台式珍珠奶茶飲品細,但都要成$30 一杯,但係個杯裝埋黑糖奶之後感覺幾特別。鋪頭螢幕有列出建議飲法,所以跟著試下。1. 霸氣飲法,不要 搖,直接喝,但感覺超甜而且暖暖哋,差點吐番出嚟,因為啲黑糖漿用熱水溶咗之後墜落杯底,沒有搖過就直接啜即係浄飲暖嘅糖漿,有啲中伏的感覺2.改變口感,搖9下再喝,真的好味好多,搖咗D冰又溶咗D混埋凍鮮奶後冰冰涼涼,雖然有黑糖漿,但搖勻之後又唔覺好甜,而且啲珍珠粒粒夠晒煙銀,size 大細適中,都算幾好味
