To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前一大班朋友去摸達灣游水,由於要等成個鐘先有船,所以去左呢間飲野貪佢環境好坐舒服些,一行4人,叫左一渣檸檬特飲$180,大約有4-5杯只係一d檸檬+水+梳打水+糖+rosemary+香葉,但味道同檸水一樣,一個炸薯條$45,炸到黑晒仲有油益味又咸,以後都唔會再去食
