店內裝修好有氣派,亦可以預約房間。牛油果蟹肉沙律配三文魚籽放上自家製沙律汁。牛油果與蟹肉嘅鮮味,入口感覺清新。澳洲黑邊鮑魚切片👉口感係比較爽,白汁食到鮑魚原味。切粒👉係比較煙韌有咬口,XO醬更香濃。鮑魚裙邊位👉肉質比較腍同滑。蟶子(一食)帶蒜油香嘅蟶子(二食)蟶子有櫻花蝦同葱,味道更香。甘鯛立鱗燒(配搭魚湯)鯛魚鱗片香香脆脆,肉質保持柔軟,再飲埋鮮甜嘅魚湯。清酒煮蜆酒蒸發咗再煮蜆,蜆肉清甜。美國牛肉厚燒及西冷薄燒伴碟有脆蒜同燒肉汁。厚切牛柳5成熟加入脆蒜入口香脆,冇咁膩。西冷薄燒,捲入材料,咬落三種香味有層次。炒野菜味道清新炒飯高菜漬味道咸咸酸酸味道,令炒飯更好食。配搭麵豉湯、漬物。焦糖多士👉超脆👉微甜。甜品👉益力多綿綿冰微甜又帶酸,口感超涼快。
