茶漬飯即把米飯與配料淋上茶或高湯,並泡在其中,充滿日式的傳統風味。穴提供了明太子、鮭、鯛和梅子茶漬飯,小妹要了梅子茶漬飯$68。梅子茶漬飯茶味清香,飯粒粒粒分明且帶嚼勁,梅子酸甜有致,感覺清爽,且夾雜了白芝麻和紫菜的香氣,味道層次挺豐富的。只是,梅子只有上層丁點兒,略嫌過少了。
