To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日中午去左西環睇中醫，睇完都一點鐘所以就係附近食。因為今日落雨所以餐廳入面唔算太多人。點左3個點心加一個蒸飯。流心奶黃包入面好流心，而且d餡好熱都唔小心辣親個咀。麻辣燒賣真係好辣，連平時都幾食得辣既我食完都要飲返幾啖水。食落去個陣有d籽係入面，唔個係咪磨碎左d花椒八角或者辣椒落去。掛住食都唔記得左影相🙈春卷個皮好脆，入面啖啖蝦肉，好味！最後既花膠冬菇飯，有好多花膠，最初見到以為係豬皮。即刻覺得$48好抵食。不過d飯冇乜味，食到最低先食到d汁。另外值得一提，員工服務態度唔錯，主動提醒我夾野既時候件衫小心整污糟👍🏻
