環境4分:中式酒樓格局,張枱感覺比平時酒樓D大少少,感覺冇咁侷促,座位與座位之間都ok,天花板啲燈籠仔都幾得意,所以畀四分。衛生4分:見到啲碗碗碟碟都幾乾淨,可以畀四分。服務3分:侍應都算快手快腳,都幾有禮貌,可以畀三分。 味道2分:1)      碟香煎蘿蔔糕最快嚟到,咁早嚟都只有一個原因,就係一早整定。食第一啖已經知道唔熱,應該係直頭涼涼地又硬硬地,絕對唔及格!2)      然後碟貴妃雞飯,見到有隻雞髀仔,啲肉又ok淋。3)      蔥花炸兩腸竟然係入面條油炸鬼ok,反而啲腸粉皮太黏太靭。4)      薑蔥牛肉餃一嚟到原來發覺係山竹牛肉放入面,然後煎餃皮包住,冇乜期望之下食落反而有驚喜,竟然最好食係佢。5)      最後呢係海南雞卷,一上枱先發現原來係雞包仔,早知叫叉燒包好過。抵食2分:飲茶嚟講應該大把選擇,要環境好就要畀多少少溢價,但食物質素唔代表會好好, 所以畀兩分。
