Restaurant: Hak Ka Hut (Century Link)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐以前食過客家棧覺得好好味,冒名而來,誰不知今時今日非常失望。第一次光顧係食下午茶,環境舒適乾淨,加價中等,點心不算多,只有一面紙仔。點心同炒粉面都幾好食。價格中等,唔記得小點係12定14。之後隔日去食夜晚飯,超級失望,8折后三個人都食左330。菜都標價好貴,好難食,唔新鮮,根本食唔飽。等超級耐。同一樣點心係早上的兩倍。梅菜扣肉的味道似係超市的梅菜扣肉罐頭。至於欖菜邊魚,睇魚眼都知條魚唔新鮮,仲好腥。不會再光顧,寧願行多幾步去附近稻香。
