To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又係返工前午餐餐聚,同事揀咗呢間,無訂位去到攞位,5個人都唔使等,酒樓分兩層,在酒樓內有樓梯上落,裝修好低調中式,有貴氣,餐牌點心其實唔算多,都有些是特色的,落好單要等,唔相信是即叫即整,因為點心都唔夠熱,或者是出菜後無人手出菜八月茉莉花茶($45)玻璃壺計火爐,見到花茶色彩繽紛是賞心悅目的,不過飲落味道不算特別,價錢貴只加水唔會添茶葉,唔值飲前菜($15)成餐最好味只係呢碟前菜,木耳爽、枝豆彈牙,加上鹹菜爽口又不過鹹,有皮花生香脆,啲汁酸酸鹹鹹,好味鵝肝蟹籽脆春卷($45)賣相靚,首先食唔到鵝肝味,未沾芥末醬時食一口,只係普通春卷,炸得香脆,蟹籽微鹹脆口,沾芥末醬的話,就比芥末沙律醬搶晒味道,如果唔計鵝肝主題是好味的,但無鵝肝味嘅鵝肝春卷,我覺得唔對題!鮑汁炆鳳爪($46)無影到相,無食到甫魚滑燒賣($37)首先蒸過熟,黃色薄皮都爛了,蝦是爽口,魚肉又無乜魚味,又唔覺得滑口!一般娥姐素粉果($37)皮可能太薄或蒸過熟,一夾起就爆肚,跌晒啲餡出嚟,餡料本身切到好碎,菇味好濃,如果唔係皮太爛的話是好味的豬肚燒賣($37)無食咸水角($26)差差差👎🏼完全無熱氣,明顯炸好擺了一段時間,連熱

鵝肝蟹籽脆春卷($45)賣相靚,首先食唔到鵝肝味,未沾芥末醬時食一口,只係普通春卷,炸得香脆,蟹籽微鹹脆口,沾芥末醬的話,就比芥末沙律醬搶晒味道,如果唔計鵝肝主題是好味的,但無鵝肝味嘅鵝肝春卷,我覺得唔對題!

XO醬蘿蔔榚($42)差差差👎🏼雖然用鐵鑊上菜幾特色,第一唔熱,暖都唔到,每塊蘿蔔榚油淋淋,油膩感爆標,外面連脆都做唔到,就算蘿蔔榚本身味道不錯,都改變唔到唔合格嘅結果

蔥花炸両腸($37)都是因腸粉皮唔夠滑而變一般,油炸鬼都是唔夠香脆,做唔到炸両嘅外軟內脆嘅口感!唔合格👎🏼
茶水($15/位)正常!

點心水準真的不合格👎🏼,以呢個價錢直頭係唔掂,水平低到我哋唔想加單點主食,唔夠飽都唔再挑戰主食(連點心都唔掂)

而店員都唔夠人手,兩個人睇我哋樓上偏廳,忙到招呼唔切,好多時加水都要等,店員做到時態度是好的,我哋加攞調味料都無問題!只是每次都要等到兩個店員有時間理啋我哋,以呢個級數嘅酒樓唔會再食(食物+服務都唔合格)

場地靚,食物唔得唔會再試,食$103一個人都唔飽又難食
