Restaurant: Choi Fook Delight Banquet

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間彩福的大部分點心都不錯,因為去的次數比較多,感覺他們點心的製作始終都能保持在一個比較高的水平,這點就十分難能可貴,不像有些酒樓的點心,有時候是很好吃,但有時候又是很難吃,讓人摸不著頭腦,不知道哪次能碰上好吃的點心,總有一種不那麼放心的感覺。而這家彩福的蝦餃,蟹黃燒賣、牛肉球、流沙包、叉燒包、蘿蔔糕、腸粉、粉果、蘿蔔絲酥、炸餛飩、燒味等都能平均保持一個比較高的水準。能做到這一點就非常不錯,也是讓我比較欣賞的地方!
