To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日在九龍灣附近工作，同事介紹嚟嘉豪酒家，仲話之前沙士時代，這是唯一在淘大花園附近，疫症時仍然開門的酒家。我雖然喜歡吃西餐，但我和同事一班人九成都揀酒樓，因為可以多飲水坐一陣，下午再繼續開工。我們點了嘉豪蝦餃皇($24.8)、鴛鴦蒸燒賣($17.8)、羅漢腐皮卷($21.8)、鹹菜胡椒豬肚($47)、腊腸北菰滑雞煲仔飯（$50）、沙律明蝦角,各款點心味道OK ,埋單每人$70。星期一至五茗茶一律＄8， 小點$12.8, 中點$17.8, 大點$21.8, 特點$24.8。
