今日去將軍澳飲茶, 都係幫襯頂樓嘅海皇漁港, 㩒左張三人不搭枱, 等了又等大概20分鐘, weekend已經算好快有枱了^^.·蜜椒雞中翼 (HKD38)次次都一定食嘅雞翼, 充滿蜜糖香甜味加上微辣黑椒, 好入味的, 一碟五隻唔使爭.·金磚豆腐 (HKD33)滑滑嘅豆腐切粒, 沾上薄薄粉漿炸起, 外層非常香口, 個人覺得走黑芝麻都夠香呢.·黑金流沙包 (HKD22.8)加入竹炭嘅麵團包住滿滿奶黃, 搣開時奶皇徐徐流出, 最好個part係無「油·奶皇分離」, 仍是香甜嘅流心餡.·雞蛋叉燒腸 (HKD24.8)頗創新, 裡面嘅雞蛋🥚係預先煎好薄薄嘅蛋皮加叉燒捲成嘅腸粉.·鳳爪排骨飯 (HKD22.8)·蠔汁叉燒包 (HKD22.8)Li度嘅叉燒包好大件足料, 包身鬆軟, 係蒸起熱辣辣送到的, 好味好味點心紙.
