To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

尖沙咀酒樓選擇多不勝數，而最近發現嘅一間酒樓幾寬敞、服務又好。我哋去飲午茶，叫咗點心一齊食。蝦餃皇外皮晶瑩剔透，蝦肉餡料爽口。黑松露鮮蝦燒賣皇喺傳統基礎上加入咗黑松露，令味道層次更豐富。燒賣嘅蝦肉同豬肉餡料口感紮實。花雕石鍋生煎包係酒樓嘅特色菜之一，煎包配埋石鍋嘅保溫效果，令每一口都保持最佳嘅溫度。香煎臘味蘿蔔糕煎得幾香。沙嗲蒸金錢肚嘅沙嗲汁濃郁但唔會過鹹，帶有微微嘅辣味，非常惹味。最後以桂花糖蛋散作甜品收尾。蛋散炸得酥脆，桂花糖漿嘅香甜味滲透每一片蛋散，甜而不膩，帶有淡淡嘅花香，好味。
