To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見幾款得獎點心,賣相吸引,所以決定先選三款試試,再邊食邊揀。率先上桌的原隻鮑魚燒賣皇 ($35),賣相貴氣。端前細看,肥大的燒賣頂頭放了一隻嬌小鮑魚,造型精美。輕咬一口,燒賣以脢頭肉和鮮蝦炮製,吃下鮮爽有彈性,入口不感肥膩,配上面頭既軟腍又帶點嚼勁的迷你鮑魚,的確很美味,令人沒法抗拒。

平時蒸粉果就食得多,見點心紙上竟然有款真功夫潮州炸粉果 ($28),筆者向來愛吃香口之物,所以亦二話不說,立即點了一客。粉果以長碟盛著,而且個個外形漲卜卜,賣相有點似石榴球。咬開一看,原來香脆的外皮入面,除了放咗沙葛、唐芹、韭菜和炸花生等潮州粉果必備的材料外,廚師還特意在餡料中加入了黑松露,吃起來香味飄飄,口感一流,再配埋旁邊的功夫韭菜湯,更可中和油膩感!

老公愛吃腸粉,無論是蝦米腸或街邊的豬腸粉,每次見到都總忍不住口,見得獎點心有款港式街頭蝦米豬腸粉 ($28),提議一試。腸粉同樣以以長碟盛載,端上桌時見腸粉面頭已澆上麻醬、甜醬、辣醬和芝麻,賣相誘人。立即挾起一試,入口帶醬料甘香之餘亦不失米香,而且吃起來完全沒有糊狀口感,很結實,可見廚師控制火候十分到家,再混上醬料和豉油吃,絕對是以前的街頭風味。

老公向來是牛痴,見仲夏滋味小食有款脆皮牛肋粒 ($38),又即管一試。牛肋肉肉質頗鬆化,入口不死實,而且吃起來外脆內軟,牛味香濃,如果可以再灑點淮鹽上面,相信會更加香口。

露筍鮮蝦腐皮卷 ($28),腐皮卷新鲜即炸,入口鬆化香脆,而且入面蝦肉頗多,唯一失色的就是露筍下得有點少,否則食味更佳。

生滾鮑螺片滑雞粥 ($32),雞粥分量比預期大,舀起一看,鮑螺片數塊,雞件就只得三件,而且滑感一般,幸好粥底尚算綿身,雖然稱不上最佳,但也算合格。

壓軸甜品點了這款賣相 Fancy 的紫醉金迷 ($18),成品造型有點似千層糕,原來廚師是將蒸熟的紫薯壓成紫薯泥,再鋪成層疊狀,入口帶濃郁紫薯香,味道非常突出,而且甜度不高,相信紫薯迷應該會喜歡。見晚市都有好幾款優惠菜式,下次一於再來試試。
