To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前幾日聽同事講話呢間店好好食,霖住今日得閒,CALL咗個朋友約埋一起去看一下。店面裝修風格是我喜歡的風格,店員都很熱情,服務不錯,周到。想點一些飲料喝,但係選擇比較少,招牌鳳爪嘅鳳爪都幾多,味道唔錯,可惜朋友不敢食鳳爪,哈哈,咁我自己食曬喇!叉燒包不算大隻,不過真係好食到爆,忍唔住推薦給大家,反正我又忍唔住點了一份叉燒包。間店嘅蝦餃都值得一試,蝦餃很大隻,餡料好足,蝦肉鮮美,彈牙,味道比較淡,喜歡重口味啲朋友就不要點啦。腸粉都好食,俾一般的腸粉更加爽口滑,價錢都OK,有機會會繼續去食。
