To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 無意中路過一個商場，看到這家點心點，最初也不太注意。我在觀塘區工作，經常會找一些新餐廳，去飲茶也會去比較正宗的中餐廳。那天因為時間有點趕，就想起試試這一家的外賣點心。原本就是沒有很大期望，但是一試，就覺得很驚艷，特別是厚切叉燒腸粉，叉燒很多，特別軟滑，還有一龍大滿足，有５款不同味道的蝦餃及一個小桃包子，每一款的味道都很特別及差異化，很值得試，還有咸水角，外賣回家也不會淋，第二天，又試了鰻魚荷葉飯，同事說很好吃，我就覺得沒有特別之處，龍點心，性價比很高，不會比同區的孔夫子味道差，他們還有其他的點心，一定會去再試。
