To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五夜晚8:30來到,有位不用等。叫了韮黃鮮蝦腸,腸皮又薄又嫩口,餡靚好味!香芋牛肉腐皮卷,是炸了的腐皮卷,香脆,香芋和牛肉是夾的,香芋口感好。簡單的白灼青油菜不知怎的,比一般的點心專門店的粗糙的菜好吃多了。潮州蒸粉果好便宜($13),晶瑩剔透,也很好味。付上蒸粉果靚相一張果然是米芝蓮餐廳
