To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

點心籠有曱甴，好恐怖！

今日一班同事食呢間煌苑，訂咗午宴套餐，點知第一籠蝦餃就喺籠邊附送曱甴，仲要唔只一隻，啲同事即刻嘩嘩聲！跟住班伙記即刻收走咗籠點心，換碟再上過畀我地。換完返嚟啲同事就逐隻蝦餃揀過先敢食，搞到我地成餐飯都冇曬胃口！之後啲嘢食都麻麻地，菜肉包有陣椰汁味，炒飯就勁細碟，碟伊麵又切到碎曬根本夾唔起。得隻乳鴿有啲睇頭，叫做入到吓口。我地同事食飯不嬲食曬清枱，係得呢次食剩成枱嘢冇人敢食。從未試過咁差，總之好失望！
