To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和夠朋友共聚,我們點了一個六人午市商務套餐,食物十分豐富,吃過之後,我覺得這店的點心尚算好吃,但小菜和炒河粉就不好吃了。套餐的點心包括海皇餃、糯米卷、薑蔥牛柏葉、百花蝦球浸魚肚、XO醬蒸鳳爪和水餃皇。各款點心的味道不錯,特別是有蝦作材料的點心,因為蝦肉彈牙,所以特別美味。除點心以外,還有滷水拼盤、鹹菜豬肚湯、欖菜肉碎四季豆、蝦醬唐生菜煲、菠蘿生炒骨和沙茶牛肉炒河粉。其中以蝦醬唐生菜最好吃,滷水拼盤、鹹菜豬肚湯和欖菜肉碎四季豆不過不失。至於菠蘿生炒骨,可以說並不合格。因為生炒骨的粉團厚,而且不脆。沙茶牛肉炒河粉,沙茶香味不足,牛肉沒有味道,而且獻汁太多,不好吃。這酒樓的環境和點心不錯,其他食物則有改進空間。
