To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放假又同朋友上OPENRICE搵食，今次來到上環人氣點心店前，很多人在店前等候。取票後，我們到對面玩具店逛逛打發時間。逛了15mins，回去等一下即可入座，座位尚算舒適。我們點了OPENRICE勁多人讚的奶黃流沙西多士，切開金黃外皮，大量奶黃即湧出，香噴噴，未食已經流口水。吃下時（要小心燙口），香酥多士沾上味濃帶香甜的奶黃，味道襯絕，有窩心的感覺～再來點了也是好評如潮的芝麻蝦多士，芝麻香口，蝦爽口彈牙，十分滋味，名副其實。最後點了鴛鴦燒賣，大粒足料，蝦肉豬肉鮮而肥美，同時也吃到黑松露的香味，正平時厭倦茶樓食物的我，今次很開心品嚐到獨特美味的點心店，下次有空再來上環而必再品嚐！
