呢個餐廳係新式酒樓感覺,夜晚都有齊點心同小菜食,又係自家製品牌,好多選擇呀!呢度點心現場即點即做,我私心點既整得好味。脆皮炸乳鴿, 皮真係超脆,肉量適中唔會太肥太油。黑椒醬皇金錢肚,爽口唔會硬,大大條好滋味。花膠螺頭燉赤肉湯,足料又補身,自家製冇味精既靚湯,唔油係重點! 粉絲中蝦鍋,8隻大蝦大大隻啖啖肉,彈牙鮮嫩,粉絲吸晒醬汁,送飯食一流。紅燒乾貝豆腐,好難想像可以煮得咁滑溜溜,加埋滿滿既瑤柱同埋個芡調味好正。翡翠炒安格斯牛肉,豉椒牛河,兩樣牛既份量都幾多,菜芯粗莊翠綠好新鮮又多,牛河又係大大碟。師傅曾就職於日本東京富麗華多年,專為高管達人和明星服務,回港後在多間米芝蓮酒店及大型連鎖酒樓集團做主管,經驗豐富,餐廳好多客人,都要少少時間等上菜但真係樣樣都係新鮮!!
