晨早忙到痴線,lunch 一定要出去食飯勁食減壓 ~ 最好係唔洗等位啦,好采只有七成滿,食客不是太多,我地張枱對正電視機唔洗咁悶,坐得舒服。白灼菜芯,好正 ﹗好好味呀 ﹗莖爽、葉嫰,整棵都充滿水份,而且完全無渣。我一都唔食莖部,因為大多又硬又多渣,一係太粗而烚得太生,但今次例外,一條不漏 KO。黑椒豬肚,似乎份量少左啲喎,得兩三舊豬肚,好爽滑,唔同一般烚豬肚嚥嚥靭靭。豆腐卜墊底,索汁一流,好好味,但有點油。蝦餃皇,簡單皮薄餡靚,蝦爽、足料,好大粒,連我個口都係緊緊可以成粒啪落去乍。即叫即蒸熱辣辣,已非常滿意。蟹籽燒賣,雖然無咩蟹籽味,但係豬肉味濃又香,咬落啖啖肉又多肉汁,肥豬肉不多,蝦爽味鮮,同樣即叫即蒸,熱到噴晒煙份外好味。豉椒蒸排骨,好肥呀 ﹗又無咩肉食。唔係太食到佢咩味道,因為一咬落口已經成口油喇。全港最好食既蒸排骨始終係大埔街市林記 ﹗點解依家間間酒樓都搵唔到梅子蒸排骨既,失傳左?都好好食架喎。四寶雞札,今日無魚肚既?無魚肚既四寶雞札,感覺怪怪的,不過總好過豬皮扮魚肚既。見有蟹柳、火腿、芋頭同雞件,雞件黎架喎,唔係雞柳,連骨咁奇怪,唔通佢諗住連骨蒸啲雞味會出啲?依個理論都啱既,

四寶雞札,今日無魚肚既?無魚肚既四寶雞札,感覺怪怪的,不過總好過豬皮扮魚肚既。見有蟹柳、火腿、芋頭同雞件,雞件黎架喎,唔係雞柳,連骨咁奇怪,唔通佢諗住連骨蒸啲雞味會出啲?依個理論都啱既,但有骨係度咪一定要將雞札拆開先食到?其實雞札係要一啖咬齊四寶黎食,四種唔同味道又唔同口感既食材充滿層次感,拆散黎食就唔係札啦。正如食春卷、食腸粉咁,都唔會將餡同塊皮分晒出黎架麻。腐皮嚥靭嫰滑、雞件有啲鞋又骨多肉少、火腿爽口有咸香、蟹柳蒸到有啲乾而且貨式唔靚、我唔食芋頭架。無左塊軟棉棉既魚肚就好似無左靈魂一樣,總括黎講味道還可以,但有點失色囉。

小籠包,都唔係灌湯囉,係好乾囉,乾蒸小籠包?皮又厚又乾又硬,無下次,唔會再 order,太差。麵粉味完全蓋過豬肉味,口感硬實,依味唔多掂。

叉燒包,我一向飲茶都好少會食包,怕好快食飽就食唔得多點心,但今次隻叉燒包真係好食到不得了 ﹗即叫即蒸,包皮又香又軟墊,唔會硬屈屈或濕笠笠,個包熱到出煙又辣手,好正呀。啲餡既狀態仲係漿咁架,直頭係流沙叉包。味道又濃,香甜兼備,肥肉不多,肉味香濃,未食過咁好食既叉燒包,必試 ﹗食左幾隻仲要添食呀 ﹗
