金御海鮮酒家既早茶真係超值之算,每次去都好多老人家,所以我又會叫佢做老人家酒樓。而且附近仲係紅磡街市,飲完茶去買餸勁方便。已經黎過好多次飲早茶,就算星期六同日或者紅日去,每款要加多兩蚊,兩個人食左九樣野都唔洗200蚊,埋單只係187蚊。個人推介孖寶既蒸飯同埋鮮蝦菜苗餃。不過佢地既點心有時質素都會有唔同,個日去食腐皮卷就好咸,腸粉滑但係皮厚。雖然賣相同環境無一般酒樓咁光鮮,但係食物都唔錯,價錢又親民。

星期日朝早7點半就去到,今次係第二次。呢間都算係舊式酒樓,大部份都係老人家同搭枱,我就選擇唔搭枱。佢啲孖寶最貴個果都係30幾蚊,星期六同日加兩蚊,都係蒸飯,粥或炒麵再配一樣點心。所有點心同飯上枱熱辣辣,唔好睇小個飯以為好細,都好多米。我食咸魚肉餅飯,價錢經濟當然肉餅都唔會好大舊啦,我就覺得肉餅飯好食過章魚肉粒飯啦。我兩個人叫兩個孖寶加一籠點心,點心有款係蝦餃,燒賣,菜餃每樣兩粒。呢個價錢同質素都算係咁,本來影左孖寶個張點心紙,點知唔見左🤣

平時比較少飲茶,今日就約了朋友去行街,所以先到紅磡金御海鮮酒家飲完茶再去。點心拼盤先上,有蝦餃、菜苗餃、燒賣各兩粒,人少少每人一粒都頗好味。陳村粉蒸排骨,排骨有部分都比較肥,但味道頗不錯,陳村粉味道則比較淡。山竹牛肉球都很腍滑,不過牛肉味道淡少少。點心孖寶下午茶覺得比較抵食。薑蔥牛柏葉份量比較多,牛柏葉夠腍。不過北菇棉花雞就反而有少少失望,味道較淡。

現在是疫情期間,部份酒家已停止營業,不過有部分酒樓還是按政府新規定而照常營業,今日就來到紅磡的金御海鮮酒家食下午茶。現在餐廳都不是很多人。山竹牛肉球山竹牛肉球有比較多的芫茜及蔥,牛肉味道較淡及稍鹹了少少。點心拼盤有蝦餃、燒賣及潮州粉果各兩件蝦餃的蝦不是很大粒,不過都有蝦味。燒賣2粒,食落口感都帶爽,及肉味帶鮮甜。潮州粉果裡面有很多配料,不過感覺好像少了瘦肉,所以感覺欠缺了少少肉味。孖寶雙拼豉汁蒸鳳爪及蜜汁叉燒包。豉汁蒸鳳爪夠腍,不過味道略咸了點。蜜汁叉燒包味道帶少少甜及咸,與一般食開的味道相約,尚算ok。

2人lunch時份來,唔洗等位,直入呢間嘢不是特別好吃,也不是特別難吃我們經常跨區來幫襯,貪佢坐的闊落好多時都唔洗同人搭檯叫個原籠馬拉糕先真係成籠上,熱辣辣中間好鬆軟好似食緊雪芳蛋糕咁2你叫個回心拼盆又好,樣樣一粒有蝦餃、燒賣同鮮蝦菜苗餃菜苗餃特別大隻雖然都知一定少蝦多菜,唔期望多蝦但唔緊要,多菜感覺健康個皮好晶瑩蝦餃略為遜色,因為皮太厚從外觀看不到有蝦的顏色,因為皮太厚了而且內餡也不是多蝦,只有1-2粒蝦肉冇筍絲,所以個餡較實鹹水角不過不失啦我比4星係因為佢上檯時熱辣辣嘅餡就不是好也不是不好普通肉碎,冇乜口感唔似粉果有沙葛呀、蔥蔥呀咁.....大食2人 組嫌唔夠,再叫多碟乾炒肉片河(佢$53激激激大碟,但我吃了一半才記得影相)味道是夠的,也有很多芽菜和蛋絲但豉油香不太夠,雖然賣相很好呢間嘢坐得闊落,食完又可以慢慢吹水不錯

羅漢齋鴨掌,墊底的齋碎只作裝飾吧,如此賣相完全提不起興趣。斬成 3 節的鴨掌滾上齋芡慢慢啜,咸香加醬油味,爽爽腳皮搭彈彈腳筋,過足口癮。積奇最愛的點心,見您掛住同斯里亞猿吹水非常好,那幾節鴨掌轉眼就被我消滅掉啦﹗


金御蝦餃,皮薄嚥韌微彈,蝦爽帶鮮,熱烘烘併埋豆瓣醬格外惹味。香芋糯米卷,造型幾得意,薄薄一片芋頭卷住糯米飯,我唔食芋頭架,糯米飯黏黏味濃不油仲香噴噴,淨食都好味。


蠔皇鮮竹卷,薄薄腐皮半透明,餡料若隐若現狀甚誘惑惹人犯罪。立即原條隊入口,大啖一咬燙死寶寶了 ﹗貌似靜蠅蠅沒煙沒氣,誰知只是被厚厚蠔汁遮掩著啊,熱辣辣味濃肉香甜美可口,要搶住食呀。炸明蝦角,其實似足炸蝦餃,外皮鬆脆,內裡蝦爽鮮甜。我較喜歡有沙律醬包在一起的,來點酸咪咪濕潤的味道。


燒腩仔,肥美兼靚仔,高質層次分明,入口皮脆肉嫩,肉汁豐富,咸香恰到好處不嗆不膩,豬皮脆卜卜,瘦肉濕彈彈,留香持久。蒜拍青瓜,陰沉室溫的味道,沒被鹽醃過所以味道偏淡,蒜蓉醋味在外,爽脆多汁,過過口癮可以。


叉燒包,馳名中外,滿分可作招牌點心 ﹗包皮超勁軟塾有彈性,手感一流,放在手中暖笠笠,渣到欲罷不能。撕開觀賞,餡多濕潤爆晒汁,叉燒醬芳香撲鼻,食落甜味得宜。白灼油麥菜,沾點淡豉油,清新的味道,爽甜鮮嫩無比,好食喎。


白灼菜芯,水味突出沒有菜甜味,幸好夠嫩不老亦無渣,靠晒您喇淡豉油。豉汁蒸鳳爪,趁熱食味道剛好不油淋淋,醬甜豉香椒惹味,一啜骨肉分難,皮爽筋彈,損腳趾開心又暢快。布拉腸粉,溫度夠熱,微滑濕潤散發米香,滾上混醬還不錯。








山竹牛肉,巨大肉球滾熱辣,破開兩邊在涼浸浸的喼汁上翻騰幾回,溫度稍降就可以掉到舌尖慢慢嘆。馬蒂芫茜混合球,幼滑帶彈,淡淡然的牛肉味撞著醒胃喼汁,平凡合格。滷水豬腳仔,豬皮爽爽脆脆,瘦肉多汁嫩滑,筋彈彈有咬口,白滷水浸得入味可口,損到停不了。


蒜泥白肉,酸味濃郁,大量蒜泥密麻麻鋪在表面,惹味出眾,酸酸甜甜十分開胃 ﹗薄薄白肉火腩迷人軟綿極具彈性,索汁好味道﹗


魚香茄子炆伊麵,平時我自己食都會要求全走,走蔥走芽菜走韮黃。點解師傅勁落韮黃芽菜架?兩樣我都唔食,又要花時間慢慢挑走喇﹗咸魚梅香吸引,肉鬆嚥韌,茄子爽滑,伊麵調得味濃微辣,過濕過腍而油淋淋,不過不失還入得口。


醬皇金錢肚,極度爽彈,醬皇厚厚芡芡亦不能掩蓋微弱羶味。咖哩牛孖筋,新產品?碎濕濕牛筋粒,腍滑微辣淡口,試一次便夠。糯米珍珠雞,懷舊包法有咸蛋黃在內堅香口堅好食百倍。油紙吸去多餘水份及蒸氣更加乾爽,而且將所有精華及香氣都包得緊緊在內。糯米黏黏濕潤,散發強烈荷香及飯香,肉碎醬汁調得出色,無投訴。


椒鹽黃金磚,炸得金黃奪目,賣相吸眼一流。雖然外脆內嫩豆味純厚,最敝唔夠熱呢,味道大打節扣 ﹗香煎蘿蔔糕,這世上只有阿媽的蘿蔔糕最好食最真材實料,無可替代 ﹗幾粒叉燒碎、幾粒蝦米碎,食到蘿蔔味但食不到蘿蔔絲,溫度夠熱而兩面煎香,入口鬆散,鬆性欠奉,味道合格的。


皮蛋瘦肉粥,我自己都估不到會讚酒樓粥品,真心煲得不錯喎 ﹗粥底棉棉帶著甜美瘦肉味,連粥帶料齊齊食格外精采。生煎包,食肉獸完全體的我對包類及粥粉麵都提不起勁呢﹗厚厚油油的包皮,一丁點的豬肉餡,雖然麵包味香甜非凡,都係再見吧。


家鄉煎薄罉,傳統客家菜色,阿媽好喜歡在家中自己煮弄。微暖咸咸油油,趙落綿綿有蔥油香有少少焦香。燒味併盤,基本五味,海蜇燻蹄、蜜汁叉燒、玫瑰油雞,燒鵝。海蜇燻蹄,金御海蜇燻蹄味道居然跟我兒時味道一模一樣,使人非常懷念,第二間食唔到。淋上麻油酸醋,醒腦震奮 ﹗燻蹄豬肉味甜味非凡,瘦肉質感夠軟綿,豬皮膠彈有嚼勁,咸香討人喜歡。海蜇雖然不及兒時粗條爽脆,不過味道一樣出類拔萃 ﹗


蜜汁叉燒,乾鞋有點韌,食到到蜜餞,只有咸咸的味道。玫瑰油雞,大肥雞的髀,黃色肥膏一舊舊,咬掉食得更舒服,白肉嬌嫩滲著雞汁,薄薄雞皮全滿甜豉油味道,食得過的。燒鵝,肥騰騰油淋淋,一咬爆油吃不消,幸好肉香帶滑又帶甜,平凡唔難食。


白灼芥菜,甘甜味出眾,爽嫩爆水,最緊要趁熱食,放涼使到菜甜味大打節扣。炸魷魚鬚,硬硬魷魚殼不鬆脆,魷魚鬚韌韌的不爽彈,唯有可取味道鮮甜,浸上喼汁同吃十分可口醒神。蟹子燒賣,我最愛的肉球,食肉獸的良伴。半肥瘦甘香啖啖肉,結實彈彈不鬆散,豬肉甜、蝦肉鮮,熱騰騰新鮮出爐,燙燙的美味。


四寶雞紮,我都話最憎芋頭咯﹗都唔知何時開始用上芋頭,兒時都係用豬肚、火冬菇、蟹柳、等等,好味百倍。雞柳泛著隔夜酸縮味,火腿條極大條,咸度指數十分高,不過非常彈牙,魚肚薄薄細細,吸汁力微弱,爽爽似豬皮。腐皮蒸到過火乾爭爭,雖則唔好食,但我都食晒無浪費。


薑蔥蒸牛柏葉,腍劈劈不爽不彈,薑蔥芡厚厚一舊舊有點可怕。咖哩魷魚,顏色暗淡黑媽媽,水魷鬚震騰騰,咖哩汁彈到滿檯都是了 ﹗清淡的咖哩水,爽爽的鬚及彈彈的身,簡單普通過口癮。香滑雞粥,足料大量雞件,雞肉沒什麼味道,但掛上綿綿粥底竟然味道鮮甜,真的要食多兩啖。


錦滷響鈴,普通的炸響鈴配上甜酸汁吧,香脆開胃。蘿蔔酥,凍凍的使到油膩感倍增,酥皮鬆化,蘿蔔蓉餡清甜,造得蠻有水準。豉椒蒸排骨,油光立立令反晒光,骨多肉少非常失望。


川芎白勺魚頭湯,個個同事都勁客氣怕醜,客氣生疏食少好多﹗話知理,我唔客氣獨佔成碗湯咯,好好飲呀 ﹗我最最最愛的魚湯 ﹗雖然不是大魚頭,又不是奶白色的湯汁,味道質素已經不俗 ﹗濃濃藥材味,淡淡魚鮮味,清澈的湯底,飲完暖笠笠,啜埋魚頭損得乾乾淨淨更暢快。


豉椒排骨炒河,味道煮理恰到好處,多汁惹味可口,咸甜辣十分平衡,最衰粉粉散碎不夠完整,未能一氣呵成大啖大啖地吸啜。細細粒排骨排烚烚,質地乾硬鞋。我需要辣椒醬,不過酒樓經常只給豆瓣醬,味道咸而不香辣,還食到成口都係辣椒皮,激死我﹗


北菇棉花雞,北菇彈彈多水,魚肚軟棉嫩滑,雞柳香甜入味,齊住所有材料一齊食才是皇道,百味融和豐富,那有不好吃的理由。沙薑雞腳,咸味得宜,雞腳黏滑兼備,每口充滿雞汁與沙薑味,味美滾動。潮州粉果,脹卜卜的芫茜蔥粉果!青味太濃食不到,抱歉。


叉燒腸粉、牛肉腸粉,勁蔥叉搭勁蔥牛,免強頂得住那股青味,腸皮滑但厚厚的,夠飽肚啦。豉油皇鵝腸,爽脆滑溜,豉油清香不濁剛剛好,大注大注塞入口,爆汁舒到到震。乾炒牛河,琪姐您碟乾炒牛河走牛肉加扣底嗎?點解得幾條河粉,芽菜同蔥就勁多喎,牛肉在那啊?靜態地演繹,暖暖的沒有鑊氣可言,幸好生抽老抽比例均勻清甜香氣脫俗。


鮑汁炆雞腳,無敵膠滑黏,入味多汁,啜得開心。衰在炆到甩皮甩骨,賣相驚嚇。口水雞,另類煮理加入勁多豆豉,造錯豆豉雞嗎?花生香、豉味濃,油而不辣配上雞肉軟腍還可以。松草花蒜蓉蒸排骨,似乎多此一舉、畫蛇添足,草還草、骨還骨。大大舊鞋口排骨滲著蒜香,話晒都有啖肉食。
