To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

為咗歡迎同事第一日返工，大家決定豪一豪去食元氣壽司（我盡咗力去豪一豪架啦。。呢排好多朋友生日。。食窮我啦）十二點我同事就喺元氣壽司APP攞飛，點知到十二點十五分已經叫過咗我哋個號碼，唯有即時再拎過一張，再拎過就變咗等二十張枱。一放LUNCH TIME我就即刻拎住我同事個手機飛去元氣壽司攞位，去到一大班人企晒喺門口，大鑊了！好彩等咗二十分鐘左右我哋就可以入去啦，感謝主！九秒九捉住侍應落埋ORDER，個個都好驚食唔切呀。我點咗刺身配竹輪湯烏東定食－入面包括前菜、竹輪湯烏東、什錦壽司、刺身。佢上菜既速度真係抵讚，落單後我哋就整定杯綠茶同wasabi，搞掂完主菜同沙津都一齊黎咗啦！整體呢個餐份量係會夠飽，但係CP值不夠高，元氣呢幾年都KEEP住加價，但係又唔見有咩驚喜既新菜色/優惠。
