To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日經過見到大排長龍,今日終於帶阿媽一齊去試吓。我哋叫咗四碗飯,但每人都發現個個碗用手摸落去都滿佈癡癡立立嘅醬汁,感覺非常之不良好!食物普通,但又不至於難食嘅,但$100+果種唔值得喺度食囉,因其實係快餐形式,應該食平價果幾種就算。唔會再回頭啦!服務員態度都OK。追加豚肉最唔掂,似烚熟多過似燒!特上牛丼啲牛肉比平價的普通牛丼還要差,以為畀多幾廿蚊,可以食到靚牛肉你就完全錯晒!帶子刺身成$80質量好一般,
