To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我一入去坐低枱面上係冇menu嘅一攞到menu唔駛一分鐘已經有人嚟跟住我又 好趕咁叫咗 我想食嘅嘢嘢食好快出到嚟我要嘅係米粉唔係米線個米粉在於米粉同粉絲之間好似怪怪哋我唔知佢係專登淡口定係重新淥過啲米粉入去溝咗水 仲要用返同一碗湯 先至係咁淡口係好夠辣嘅入面亦都冇味精其實成件事 入面又冇乜客點解要咁趕呢落單落到唔清唔楚因為就嚟新年佢哋要做裝飾用自己嘅鞋踩咗上去座位上面其實會唔會除咗鞋好啲又或者踩完抹返我攞起杯嘢飲放落隻手度已經黐立立碗麵 個碗外面亦都係漏曬湯咁樣衛生情況一般個場好似不停 有樓面嘅互動不停傾計好似家庭式小店
