To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有睇過周星馳《食神》電影都應該識得黯然消魂飯，估唔到係牛奶冰室都有得食。今日星期六，坑口分店都幾多人，等左差唔多20分鐘先有位。 蒜香蜜汁叉燒蛋飯 ($61) 叉燒用梅頭肉再配上蜜糖燒過，勁淋勁香，食落唔會有渣。流心蛋煎到脆邊，蛋漿連埋脆邊同飯一齊食，勁好味。 焗一口豚肉意粉 - 香濃蕃茄汁 ($60) 個焗意粉面鋪滿左勁多芝士，蕃茄醬勁濃，芝士嘅咸味岩岩好中和左蕃薯醬嘅酸味，勁正。另外，豬扒本身好淋好入味，同埋已經切好左，食嘅時候好方便。 熱杏霜(左), 熱鴛鴦(右) (跟餐) 熱杏霜雖然都係開粉沖，但餐廳完全無hea，落足份量。熱鴛鴦嘅咖啡奶茶比例岩岩好，成杯鴛鴦都好香濃。 牛奶冰室雖然係集團形式經營，但出品一啲都唔馬虎，性價比黎講絕對可以回頭。
