以前訂位要等好耐,知道鼎爺私房菜搬咗新鋪,同一班朋友都訂位約食飯。新鋪地方大啲,坐嘅空間都舒服👍🏻大部份菜式都保持水準,全晚菜單包括:阿爺叉燒,記得要趁熱食;懷舊蝦多士,脆卜卜;話梅車厘茄,好開胃醒神;食完呢幾個前菜都好滿意。主菜開始有:鮑汁去骨鵝掌燴柚子皮,10分推介,係難得有心嘅功夫菜,鵝掌全隻去骨最啱我呢啲懶人,柚子皮完全冇渣入口即融。鮮魚湯脆米浸東星斑,東星班非常新鮮配合香菜提升魚香鮮味。菜遠紅燒豆腐係我最愛,豆腐夠嫩滑,每次都會encore。慢煮陳皮乳鴿,用慢煮方法比油炸更能品嚐乳鴿鮮味,肉質更加滑溜,陳皮香氣配上乳鴿嫩肉,非常特別嘅煮法!已經好飽,但係都忍唔住要食臘味煲仔飯,識得一提潤腸非常好食😋最後糖水係懷舊明目萬壽果糖水。每次去鼎爺私房菜都食得好開心,非常有心嘅功夫菜,好適合一班朋友訂房聚會!
