To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 年初五一家去左屋企附近的家傳滬曉食晚飯,現在出入人人戴口罩,食野先除,市道亦非常差,希望新一年大家百毒不侵,香港快d度過呢個難關喇! 生煎包煎得幾香口熏魚,甜甜地我媽媽最鍾意食阿嫂指明要叫的紅燒豆腐,有d冬筍。冬菇。毛豆。木耳。豆腐,雖然係齋但幾惹味鍋貼小籠包我地叫左兩客,幾juicy, 但不夠金滿庭甘皮薄鴨鬆叉子鴨鬆粒粒+松子好好味叉子包太少但肉鬆太多所以根本不夠食素鵝,幾脆口雪菜肉絲炒年糕,呢個比較淡口,伴埋上海粗炒就剛剛好上海粗炒,我覺得幾好味,有人覺得太濃味仲叫左豆沙鍋餅俾為食媽媽,但忘記影相。我地有king parrot會員卡所以有85折,折後870蚊,一家5口食得超飽,坐得幾舒服!
