To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這兩年來,已去過深水埗添好運四至五次,幾乎每次都要取籌,排隊,久等,搭枱,坐得逼逼夾夾地吃點心;某個星期日,黃昏六點半,途經這裡,入座率竟然不足一半,可能未到常規晚飯時間,又或者多數人都不習慣吃點心當晚餐;哈!今次真的可以兩個人坐四人枱,在舒適寧靜的環境下,慢慢品嚐優質的米芝蓮點心
