上次去過穴食魚生飯,無諗過朋友會對此念念不忘!所以今日去開銅鑼灣行街,朋友又話想食多次。不過今次我就揀左要特上串燒御膳 ($218),而朋友就要雜錦魚生飯 ($158)一如以往,先送上沙律、前菜,雖然無咩特別,不過沙律菜新鮮爽脆,而且兩者都酸酸地,令到我地非常開胃!串燒一共有十串,有肉、蔬菜同海鮮,會分開兩碟上。大蔥蒜燒得比較亁身,變得比較韌。相反冬菇外邊亁身,入面就軟腍腍。而雞串、牛肉串就不過不失,但醃得非常入味!最正嘅莫過於係月見免治雞肉棒,肉棒入面混入左一啲雞軟骨碎,增加整體嘅口感再蘸了生蛋黃,味道會更加香而另一碟就有鹽燒雞翼、牛舌、粟米、蝦同多春魚。雞翼燒至皮脆,但一啲都唔油膩。牛舌爽口,但燒得燶左少少。粟米、蝦同多春魚就普普通通,無咩太大特別。之後朋友嘅雜錦魚生飯 ($158)亦都送到黎,賣相吸引。其中以吞拿魚腩、三文魚最為出色兩者肥美軟糯,實在令人回味而蟹籽同三文魚籽亦不腥,因而增加左整體嘅口感!反而海膽刺身就略為遜色,腥味比較重,唔夠入口即溶。呢個真係令到我地有少少失望其實餐廳嘅Lunch Set都幾多選擇,而且大部分用料亦都好新鮮,所以想食串燒、刺身都無問題,睇黎又多左

其實餐廳嘅Lunch Set都幾多選擇,而且大部分用料亦都好新鮮,所以想食串燒、刺身都無問題,睇黎又多左一個好地方食晏
