近日食得好油膩, 所以約左朋友去食齋, 清下腸胃都係好既...好過係屋企都係食燒味飯好好食既涼菜, 成個菜都好甜, 假海蜇非常鬆軟彈牙, 好似食緊牛雜咁, 雞絲比較少, 我估應該係腐皮黎, 如果落D麻油就更好好似係魚生既前菜, 其實係一D日本蒟蒻, 魚生豉油加左WASABI之後, 點上蒟蒻非常爽口, 而且它面層的油脂幾乎令我真係以為它係真魚生, WASABI威力好大似唔似一條條魚仔呢? 其實係冬瓜肉做成皮, 加上入面結實既蓮子做成, 口感內脆外軟, 同一般食開既日本炸物剛好相反, 味道亦好清新, 不過食開肉既朋友可能會覺得太淡干窩係老闆極力推薦既菜色, 一見到就...覺得好多辣椒, 我唔係好食得辣, 所以食左好少, 裡面有青瓜, 猴頭菇, 同豆腐... 豆腐非常吸辣, 本來只係叫左小辣, 但係都辣到個咀好熱! 猴頭菇係其次, 而且佢個味同質感好似肉, 如果合埋眼食真係以為佢係肉黎! 青瓜比較唔吸辣, 比較易食比較中式既糖水, 桂花味濃, 仲有一D雪耳同圓肉, 味道係清甜但渣比較多, 整體唔錯
