究極火龍卷($148),上菜後會黎一段火炎效果,非常吸引眼球,但燒完後亦要小心唔好掂到盛器,因為非常熱,六款卷物都是不同的,分別係左口魚、三文魚、帶子、豆腐蟹肉蟹膏、鰻魚、赤蝦,但內裏都係統一包住炸蝦,全部都炙燒過,食落會有少少焦香,而炸蝦有d似油炸鬼半脆半煙韌既口感。究極丼($218),目測見到有8款食材,每一款食落都好新鮮,我個人最鐘意係牡丹蝦,因為夠大隻,而且加左豆腐蟹膏,原來味道都幾夾,其他魚生都好厚切肥美,海膽鮮甜滑溜,可惜份量唔算多,我實在太貪心想食多d。究極炎之丼($138),大約有6款食材,全部經過火炙,食落有焦香,而且有豆腐蟹膏用黎伴飯食一流,左口魚火炙過之後油脂味更濃郁。韓式泡菜章魚玉子燒($78),餡料包住泡菜,食落有辣辣地,其實幾醒胃,玉子燒處理得岩岩好,內裏非常滑,加埋章魚既煙韌口感,幾種口感層次加埋好豐富。抹茶牛奶朱古力($48),朱古力甜度足夠,抹茶粉不算太多,所以味道較為偏甜。白桃果酒($58),酒精飲品,所以不會載滿成杯,會容易醉,白桃味濃易入口。
