今年的大閘蟹季節早了少少開始,之前都聽過幾年龍苑有大閘蟹嘅套餐食,於是今年一知道大閘蟹出動的時候,我就來到龍苑。六道菜式大閘蟹優惠套餐,一天前可以預訂。有朋友非常有心幫我地成班人訂咗位,我雖然冇乜貢獻,唯有幫手食。尖沙咀雖然受到活動影響,但龍苑都非常之多人,而且枱枱也是在吃這個大閘蟹餐。足見這個大閘蟹餐非常吸引。最少預訂兩位的,我們一行八人當然沒有問題,優恵價每位498元,原價較為貴一點,基本上好似打咗五折,先上場的生拆蟹粉小籠包,脹卜卜的外型包着的勁量的蟹粉。蟹粉蟹肉高湯燴燕窩是女士最愛,相對蟹肉較多,搶鏡過燕窩。紫蘇蒸大閘蟹大約四両重,拆開有膏有肉,當然好。而且這裏很好。又有手套又有工具食,絕對唔怕整污糟隻手。相對鮮淮山胡椒高湯浸斑球較為清淡,但班球大件多肉。吉列大蝦球配蟹皇醬伴蒸花卷絕對係精彩,蟹皇醬一大堆,送那件蒸花卷當然合襯,但計我話交換白飯都係隨即。當然吉列大蝦又脆又爽,點不點蟹皇醬也沒什麼關係。蟹粉燴稻庭烏冬是我的心頭好,那個烏冬煙韌得可愛,I蟹粉也很多,條條烏冬也沾上了。最後的黑糖薑茶湯丸,湯夠辣,湯圓雖然不太特別,但整體感覺良好,是最好的尾聲。以酒店的質素,四百多有咁

以酒店的質素,四百多有咁多個菜式,而且地方又舒適,大閘蟹正值時令,尋找一個吃大閘蟹的好地方,絕對值得試。
