昨天約了朋友在尖沙咀飲茶，是Holiday Inn Golden Mile的龍苑，今次叫了蝦餃、燒賣、黑松露包、素菜餃。另order 了花菜，同個friend 傾了二個小時。一邊吃一邊吹水。雖然食的看起來是一般點心，但味道卻非一般呢✌️就先講一下個蝦餃，蝦肉多又新鮮，個素菜餃非常有口感，又鮮甜，而且兩個餃的皮，晶瑩剔透，完全不是什麼中央廚房出品。特別一提：就是個黑松露包，㚈表已贏了一條街，至於味道更加無得彈，黑松露的香味，配上鬆軟的蒸色，恰到好處🈵💯
