之前曾經嚟過呢度食,位於皇室堡地點很方便, 環境又大又寬敞,係喺銅鑼灣同家人朋友飲茶嘅好地方夜晚主要以小菜為主,海鮮蒸煮炒焗燉湯都有,先呢一隻紅燒皇子鴿($48),望落真係乳鴿唔係老鴿, 唔肥,肉質都算嫩滑,皮香脆度適中, 都唔錯咁多樣海鮮,最後決定點了蒜蓉開邊蒸澳洲龍蝦($368),至少有一斤重,熱辣辣又夠香,最正就係 ,上面有一層厚厚嘅蒜蓉和蔥絲,蒜蓉好香好惹味,對比起波士頓龍蝦,澳洲龍蝦肉質香軟之中帶爽口,重要嘅係師父蒸得剛剛好,龍蝦肉剛好與殼分離,又唔韌,蒸嘅時間掌握得非常之好,海鮮靚, 煮得好,手工之作加伊麵底$30, 與龍蝦分開上,伊麵本身帶有湯汁,用嚟送龍蝦一流 送一人一碗糖水,紅豆沙和綠豆沙,相比之下個人更喜歡綠豆沙,幾香,又帶臭草的味道
