自從土瓜灣星廚坊榮休之後,同區都唔知邊到有好味嘅芝士龍蝦伊麵,唯一未試過係漢寶酒樓.自從壹點甜轉做點心(以前唔係做中式點心,聽個店名就知!)而一直幫襯,已經好少上酒樓,再變成有D抗拒去酒樓,因為又貴又唔好食,所以遲遲唔去漢寶.搵咗好耐,連老遠 (對我老人家嚟講係老遠!) 嘅紅磡街巿都去埋,係文記食咗個好唔掂嘅芝士大蝦伊麵之後,開始有D認命,可能真係要上去漢寶會一會佢地嘅龍蝦伊麵.為慶祝新年食好D,於是去漢寶慶祝吓!大大話話有6年無幫襯漢寶,上到去地方闊落,時間尚早所以大把位.見到有份推介,龍蝦伊麵加半隻脆皮燒雞, 都係 $538,點咗一客,另加蒜蓉炒豆苗,可惜龍蝦伊麵係上湯唔係芝士焗.蒜蓉炒豆苗味道較重,減咸更夾自己口味.脆皮燒雞皮脆肉嫩,只可惜唔多夠熱.龍蝦伊麵龍肉彈牙又入味,份量足無偷工減料,伊麵沾上不少上湯變得更惹味.上龍蝦伊麵嘅侍應竟然一身廚房師傅裝束,埋單又無人理,好明顯人手不足,反哂鄉下過年吧......
