To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 彩福集團的酒樓每年4月至8月都推出晚市龍蝦優惠,今天和家人特來北角分店,一嚐龍蝦做晚餐。此處地方不及其他分店大,但勝在舒適寧靜。二話不說,隨即點了三隻開邊蒜蓉蒸龍蝦,龍蝦頗為大隻,每隻一斤二兩。吃新鮮龍蝦,一定要蒜蓉蒸才可以吃到龍蝦的鮮味,如果用芝士焗,芝士會搶了龍蝦的鮮味,上湯焗龍蝦雖然冶味,但烹調過程會將龍蝦走油,同樣會破壞龍蝦的質感,今次吃到的,完全符合我的期望,非常滿意。除了龍蝦,此店的小菜都不錯,南乳吊燒雞皮脆肉嫩,南乳十分冶味,蒜蓉炒白菜和北菇紅燒豆腐雖則簡單和清淡,但鑊氣十足,再嘆杯冰凍啤酒,享用了一餐美味的龍蝦餐。
