To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

向海港城血拼完醒起附近既 pierside😏 但早前推出既 set 已經轉款了,失望.由於我地無 book 位 walk in, 職員話餐廳已 full 可改到樓下酒吧用餐. 改左呢款龍蝦狂熱晚餐. 一場黎到都試試喇. 每度菜都有龍蝦的, 如果唔食龍蝦既都無其他 set 選擇, 只可散叫其他. 但奇在職員表示散叫需時, 要起碼等上一小時, 奇怪!？最後我同朋友都點左龍蝦餐. 可優惠加配甜品但無得優惠加配飲品🤔 亦都無提供餐前麵包, 唔知係漏左定餐廳改左唔供應. 龍蝦湯賣相幾靚, 大大隻蝦蚶, 味道香濃😋 後來睇返相先知有酒的🍾😝青豆意大利飯, 連我唔愛青豆的都覺得幾好味. 原先我地選二份相同香烤龍蝦的, 可能職員落錯單黎左兩款唔同的, 費時再換黎換去照要了. 香烤龍蝦多肉鮮甜, 另加$80 既西冷都唔錯, 牛味濃又嫩, 但份量真係超少只得二小塊. 但焗龍蝦米多就無乜肉食, 只有好多菇. 等左好耐先上到甜品, 其實一開始落單職員已話要落埋甜品, 但都唔明點解要等甘耐. 綠茶心太軟又幾特別, 用杯盛載係幾靚既, 但唔太方便食囉, 都食唔到下層既雪糕佢已經溶晒😅職員都幾 nice 但唔夠細心
