Restaurant: Choi Fook Delight Banquet

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次同舊同學(共三人)過嚟北角食龍蝦,walk in 直入。彩福龍蝦一係蒜蓉蒸,一係上湯焗,我今餐就揀蒜蓉蒸加粉絲底。彩福龍蝦做法的確要讚,龍蝦身開邊蒸,連啲鉗同關節位都幫你分開做一半,根本唔駛用鉗開殼咁麻煩,食起上黎超級方便,用一支叉就食到。龍蝦肉質同味道 very good,粉絲底索哂汁好鬼正,早知加多份粉絲底,咁就白飯都唔駛叫。其餘叫左個招牌叉燒(好似有咩名堂,不過唔記得咗)同炒菜,普普通通正正常常咁,女仔朋友就覺得個叉燒好油,但係叉燒半肥瘦先好食嘛。
